Attitude changes everything!
Going through life can be tough sometimes. Some struggle more than others...but a positive attitude can help you deal with your daily living more easily.
We could all give in and worry about everything in life, but doing so can hinder us from making productive and happy choices.
I get it, humans can lead very stressful lives. However, it is important to at least TRY your best to not live your life in this fashion. A positive state of mind will benefit you and all those around you.
Did you know there is research from the Harvard School of Public Health that links a positive attitude with a lowered risk of heart disease in men and for women - less thickening of carotid artery walls! That is a good thing for you humans!
If having a positive outlook on things does not come naturally to you it can take some work and practice. Take baby steps. The more baby steps you accomplish towards your goals the better you will become at achieving those goals.
Take a few minutes every day and write down in a journal what you are grateful for.
Today I am grateful that my human remembered to feed me. Although I must admit I did everything in my power to remind her.
I am a firm believer of what you think, you become.
