Creating healthy habits are extremely beneficial for the mind, body and soul.

One study suggests that to create a habit it takes the average person 66 days.

How you start your day is essentially how the rest of the day goes.

Every single person is presented with a new day, a new opportunity to begin again.

Starting your day off with gratitude puts you in an uplifting state-of-mind, and what better way to start your day than to begin it on a positive note.
