Sometimes creating goals can become overwhelming if you are looking at it from a long term view.

By creating this short term planner you can create goals in a more obtainable and realistic time frame.

I print one planner out each week. Three hole punch it and then add it to a three ring binder. This way I have references if I need to go back to check on my progression.

This planner includes:
*A brief getting started
*Positive affirmations for 1 week
*A planner log for 7 days
*A meal planner log to record meal plans for 1 week
*A grocery List
*A brief self assessment Q&A of your progress for the week


Due to different monitor calibrations, paper selection, and printer quality that colors may change slightly from screen to print.

Intended to be print on regular 8.5 X 11 white paper.
